Welcome to Week #100. I’d like to thank all of you that have supported the net and made it a success. It’s hard to believe we’ve made it this far.
 
This week we’ll be working with the ARC 6409 Disaster Requisition Form and the ARC 6409-B Disaster Receipt Form.
I have sent an ARC 6409 to everyone that participated in last week’s net. Email me at SNJWW if you don’t get a copy.

You are the radio operator for Shelter Alpha. We will pretend that my form has arrived at your location along with a load of supplies that were ordered yesterday. The ARC leadership has requested confirmation that everything arrived safe and sound.  There’s only one problem: neither the Caution Tape, nor the earplugs are in the load.
Please load the ARC 6409’s data into an ARC 6409-B receipt form and note the absence of those two items. Use the Load ARC 6409-B Receipt form data button in the header to transfer the information from my ARC 6409  to your ARC 6409-B.
Make note of the missing items as instructed on the form.
