Week #90 JPATS Add Patient Data to Existing Form

GE, Operators.
Welcome to Week #90.

Last week you were assigned to the Hazard County Hospital and were tasked with sending patient data using the JPATS form (Select Template/Standard Templates/General Medical Forms/JPATS with viewer)

This week you are still assigned to HCH and will add more patient info to the form you used last week. (If you did not participate last week, just put this week’s data into a JPATS form)

Since you are remaining in the same location as last week, you will not have anything to add to the ICS210 that you’ve been keeping over the last few weeks. We will get back to it soon.

For this week…
First, open the JPATS form and select: Load JPATS Data – The button is under the Incident Name box.
This should restore the form you used last week and all its contents. If you’re having problems, the file should be in your PC’s Downloads Folder.

Once you have last week loaded, open this week’s spreadsheet and copy its contents to your PC’s clipboard

This week's spreadshlink link:
https://groups.io/g/SNJEMCOM/files/JPATS%202022-08-22%2012_07.xlsx

Now go back to your JPATS form and click on Past Field Data Below from a Spreadsheet. A pop-up window will appear. It should already show last week’s data. Paste this week’s data below it and hit the Parse button. This week’s new data should now be included in your form.  If it’s not, go back and try again.

Update the date at the bottom of the form to 08/23/2022. Everything else remains the same.
Send your form to: SNJMED. If that doesn’t work, send it to: SNJOEM.

That’s it.
Have fun!
