It’s been recommended that we circle back for newcomers to the net every now and then. That’s what we’re going to do this week.

 Please use a regular Winlink email to check in with the usual information: Callsign, Name, Town, County (or State if you’re outside NJ), and which Winlink mode you’re using (VARA, ARDOP, Packet. Telnet, etc…)
 
And….
Please include the HF band or VHF node that you’re using.

And finally...

Would you like to try some P2P check-ins in the future. It'll be a little funky trying to work it in. Do you have any suggestions or ideas as to how we could do this. 
It may be worthwhile in the long run: P2P is somewhat different from regular Winlink emails, but they can be very useful if nodes go down or propagation goes bad. 
Let me know what you think in the message body of your email. Also, share any experience you have working with P2P. Thanks.
