Welcome to Week #148. This is our last exercise before the SNJ SET.
The Winlink procedure has been changed for the SET.

Download them to your computer. Open Winlink and a New Message. Address the message to SNJARC and Cc: it to your regular email address. ATTACH the downloaded files directly to your message. DO NOT load them into Winlink templates. This is the new procedure. This has been the accepted ARC message handling method for the LAX operators in California for quite some time. This is how the ARC prefers things.
