We continue drilling ARC forms…
 
This week we’ll be sending Welfare Messages to family or friends of shelter occupants, using ARC213 forms.
[NOTE: The ARC213 is not the preferred form for welfare messages because the non-ham recipient could send a reply message, adding unnecessary traffic to the system. Worse yet, it could open the Winlink system to spam.  However, this is a controlled exercise, and it is an ARC form, and we will be using it for the SET. I am aware of other “welfare” templates.]
 
This week will be pretty much the same as last week’s exercise: Download the text files; open an ARC213 and load each file into its own message. Send all messages to: your non-Winlink email address (so you see what the recipient will get) and SNJARC.
