The scenario for this exercise is:

Your job is to gather the requested information from several shelters and collate it into a useable format (text, spreadsheet, etc…). The choice of format is up to you.

Use the information numbered the same as the last digit of the model year of your primary personal vehicle. (For example: If I have a 2011 Canyonero, I would send the shelter information numbered 1.)
