Week #86 Multi-Week: ICS210/Winshield Damage Survey

GE, Operators.

Welcome to Week #86.

You’re going to need to re-open the ICS210 from two weeks ago. (Or open a new one if you didn’t participate that week)
You are being re-assigned from the Hazard County EOC to the Hazard County CERT Team. The CERT Team is at Staging Area One. Log this change of location on your ICS210.
But you’re not done yet…
Once at Staging Area One, you are assigned to do a Windshield Damage Survey in Disasterville. Log this reassignment in your ICS210, too.
SAVE your ICS210 for future use.

Now for your CERT assignment:

Use this video for your survey of Disasterville: ABC News - Drive through community decimated by Hurricane Michael shows reveals widespread destruction | Facebook

Do the best you can to log the damage. Pause the video as often as you need to. I HIGHLY recommend using the Windshield Damage Worksheet (Select Template/Standard Templates/General Forms/Windshield Damage Worksheet). Print it out if you’d like. It might be easier to use pen and paper initially and transfer the results to the Winlink form afterward.

Put your callsign in the form’s header.
Jurisdiction: Hazard County            Incident #: 0727-009
Survey Area: Disasterville               Survey Team: Hazard County CERT

Do you best to assess the damage. Don’t worry about any dollar values. Leave that column blank. Add any comments in the Comment Section.
Send your finished Windshield Damage Survey to SNJNWS.

And that’s it. Good luck. I know this week will be a challenge.
