It’s time to send in the ICS214A form that you’ve been keeping for the past few weeks. Fill in  today’s date as the end period date on the form.
Also, please send a Winlink Check-Out Form. Put your current exercise location in the header (FIRE/EMS or Shelter__) In the comment section, put any problems or thoughts on saving the form’s information over the course of several weeks. I’m not concerned with the lack of date or the fact that we could’ve used an ICS309. Did you remember to save it each week? If you forgot, how did you recover the information? How did you remind yourself, etc…
